So let’s see what those Americans have this week. Flower also makes an appearance here too, there’s some cool downloadable stuff, but generally it’s a slow week for PSN games. I think Sony might have delayed some stuff in order to give Flower a better run, if not I think it’ll help either way. Continue reading

Yes, it’s late I know. You didn’t really expect the update to be on time did you? You did, well…fair enough. So yeah, for once in a long while BOTH of the PlayStation Store updates are late. Sorry. If you’re all amped up about me being late, for £6.29 you can calm yourselves down with Thatgamecompany’s Flower. Also this week sees the return of Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars, a new demo for Motorstorm 2 and some new paid-for content for LittleBigPlanet. Hit the jump for the full list. Ok, so Europe had a damn good PlayStation Store update this week. Sure, most of it has already been released on the North American store, but good nontheless. What’s not good is the lack of a Killzone 2 demo here, and also that those in North America can’t download it from Europe either due to IP restriction. Shame. So this week’s update is surprisingly crappy. Double shame. Continue reading

The Killzone 2 demo is live! Oh yeah, there’s other stuff too. Europe can finally get a hold of Lumines: Supernova and Cuboid. Criterion have released the first bunch of paid-for downloadable content for Burnout: Paradise, we also see the release of NHL arcade and the usual weekly stuff from Rock Band & Guitar Hero. Hit the jump for the list. Continue reading

Ok, so now it’s time for the North American PS Store update. As I mentioned earlier today PopCap Games have brought Bejeweled 2 to the store today. As well as that, there’s the return of LBP DLC, the regular updates from all the music games, the exclusive Mirrors Edge map and DLC for, JEPG, Disgaea 3. Savage Moon also makes it’s North American store debut. How novel, something we had first. Check out the full update after the jump. Continue reading

I sorta neglected my writing responsibilities yesterday and forgot to post the updates, they’re here now at least. Starting with Europe. After a long wait those of us in European territories get to play Supersonic Areobatic Rocket-Powered Battle Cars. This week also sees the return of LittleBigPlanet DLC, some more (useless) DLC for Skate 2 and the PS3 exclusive Mirrors Edge time trial map, as well as the usual updates for Rock Band & Guitar Hero: WT. Hit the jump for a full list of content. Continue reading

I think i’ve pretty much decided to get this up on a Friday. I mean, the store updates in the early hours of Friday for me anyway, it just makes sense. Anyway, not a bad update in North America this week. Creat have released the last of their lot, Magic Ball, which looks promising. There’s also demos for Skate 2 and GTI Club+ (full game also available). There’s all the regular downloadable stuff for Rock Band and Guitar Hero some Shaun White DLC and Disgea 3 DLC too. I think us here in Europe had a better one though, how novel.  Hit the jump for the list. Continue reading
