EA have today announced that the PS3 version of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 is back on. The game was cancelled last year but EA have announced that it’s going to be released after all. The game has been released on PC and will soon be released on Xbox 360. This brings fanboys (360 ones especially) back to calling Sony’s console the “DelayStation”. Which in all fairness, it sorta deserves but the games all seem to get better when they do release, which is nice. Hit the jump to see what EA had to say.

“We’re looking at doing some really cool things with the PS3 version,”C&C TV presenter David Silverman told VideoGamer, “ Since it is shipping later we’re putting in a lot of cool content and really taking advantage of both the 1080p nature and the high-defness of Blu-Ray and also the fact that it can hold just so much more space.”

No release date has been announced but PS3 owners told:

“Bide your time and you’ll be very pleased.”

Sounds good, but will anyone be bothered?
