‘A Little Better’ – Gnarls Barkley

I found today how bored an obsessive gamer can get. However there was light at the end of the tunnel, a bit of bad result, as well as a tiny chimp sitting in the corner laughing it’s head off at me…I will explain.

Well I started the day with a nice delivery. My new enclosure for my external HDD arrived today so i can go to my cousins and back up my PS3 tomorrow, which is sweet! After a little tweaking and messing about I got my HDD working and formatted so it’ll work on my PS3.

Second on the ol’ delivery list was my recently posted about ‘I Am Legend’ blu-ray. This is the tiny chimp. I was happy I got this earlier than expected but upon remembering I can’t play it it began to slowly grind away at me and this could be an indicator as to what it’d be like if GTA IV arrives early.

After a bit of waiting I went downstairs to watch Manchester United Vs. Chelsea and hopefully see a Man. Utd win. That didn’t happen. Michael Ballack scored the 1st and even though Wayne Rooney scored, and injured himself, Ballack was back again to score a penalty in a poorly given decision.

Yeah so boredom really did set in quite a bit today. A PS3 only gamer without a PS3 is not a very happy one. Knowing I could be playing the MGS Online Beta amongst other things whilst waiting for my copy of GTA. Instead I was browsing various non-gaming forums laughing at “Insomniac” Milkmen and issues of “Dog Fouling” on Skpe with Adails.

My day was not going well at least I know I get can my saved stuff back tomorrow.

I’ll be back tomorrow to report on the day’s goings on but for now i’ll be off.
